Lady of Freedom plans wellness fair

Lady of Freedom Monument Foundation Inc. will present the 2009 Urban Health and Wellness Fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at Metropolitan Community College, 2700 E. 18th St., Kansas City, Mo.

The event will feature free health screenings and free workshops on yoga, meditation, healthy nutrition and martial arts.
