Heartland receives 2009 Summit Award

Heartland Surgical Specialty Hospital, Overland Park, Kan., won the 2009 Summit Award from Press Ganey Associates, Inc.

The award recognized high customer satisfaction for more than three years. The hospital recently instituted “quiet hours” during the afternoon and night by reducing noise from nurse’s stations and dimming lights.
